This is it

Hi all,
This is the final week. Our presentations are tomorrow and I'm sure we're all gonna be amazing.

This week at the museum we're cleaning up everything from after camp. It's boring and motnonous, but it is rewarding to clean everything up.

Tomorrow, right before we have our symposium, Max and I will be at the library downtown and will be leading an outreach about Megalodon. This should be fun, I did one similar last year about Titanoboa.

Anyway, I'm glad we all did this internship and got something out of it.

Week 12 - The last week

Hi everyone!
This week I've been working in another camp while adding the finishing touches to my project. The camp is about primates and I'm really loving the camp material this week. This being the last week of camp, I'm a little upset to say goodbye to the museum, but I think it's a good thing to move forward and I'm very grateful for what I've managed to do this summer.
I'm very excited for my project and I'm sad that I won't be able to implement it, but overall it'll be a fantastic program that the museum interns will be able to do. Next Wednesday, Max and I will be doing an outreach program to the library about Megalodon, so I can't wait for my last time working for the museum.

Week 11

Hi everyone. Life is pretty good. Last week at camp I was able to take part in some of the coolest things because if the inventions camp. Overall, I'd say that it was one of the best camps I've had a part in.

This week I took a break and went to Orlando. I'm at the hotel right now after a long day of Universal, of which I was happy to go to the Harry Potter World which has the new Diagon Alley. It's pretty awesome and u think you should ask come to it.

Cal's Week Ten!

This week was fantastic!
I was able to be in a camp about migration that was a lot of fun. I really liked a lot of the campers and I especially enjoyed the subject material. To go along with the migration camp, we had a guest speaker from the Florida Wildlife Conservatory come in and talk about Manatees. A lot of the campers really enjoyed this presentation.
There was also food projects that the campers did with migration. One of these projects was creating a butterfly with fruit, they were able to take this home and share with their family.

One of the teachers made penguin cupcakes which the campers really enjoyed.

I was also able to come in this weekend and work on my project. It's coming along very nicely, I have a wonderful draft up and running.
